The Lactation Network is Hiring a Designer Near Chicago, IL
- Marketing asset design (90%) Partnering with the marketing team to create visually impactful and impeccably designed marketing materials across social, email, print, OOH, sales collateral, and digital video.
- Brand design system expansion (10%) Strategically expand on our visual brand expression as we extend into new audiences, platforms, and business offerings.
- Design TLN’s marketing assets. Develop creative strategy and exceptional creative content across a variety of platforms. Connect with our audiences through emotive, interesting, and engaging creative design.
- Campaign development. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop omnichannel campaigns that include email, web, print and SMS. Create, test, and improve marketing assets that help TLN achieve our mission to redefine the standard of lactation care.
- 5 years of experience developing creative for integrated brand and marketing projects that touch social, email, print, digital, OOH and sales collateral
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates skill across, color, imagery, motion, and graphic elements
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Photo/video editing and animation skills
- Ability to approach problems with creativity and curiosity
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- A strong relationship builder
- High EQ
- Experience working with digital media and video production
- Experience designing for high-growth organizations
- Experience working in house and agency side
- Experience managing freelance designers
- A Chicagoland home address (but we’ll consider remote candidates, too)
